RRC WR Apprentice New merit list 2023: Western Railway has issued a notification for 3624 vacancies for ITI Pass Candidates. The result for document verification has been announced by RRC WR Pratapnagar Vadodara Apprentice, including the merit list. The document verification process for Western Railway Pratapnagar Vadodara is scheduled for 12.12.2023.

• Print out of the Application Form
• SSC (Standard 10th) or equivalent Mark Sheet
• Date of Birth certificate (Standard 10th or its equivalent certificate or mark sheet indicating the date of birth or School leaving certificate indicating the date of birth)
• Consolidated ITI marks sheet for all semesters of the Trade in which applied / Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
• National trade certificate issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT / SCVT.
• Caste certificate for SC/ST Candidate as per Annexure “B” / OBC candidate as per Annexure “C” & “D” in the prescribed format issued by Competent Authority. OBC Cast certificate should have a clear mention of non-Creamy Layer status valid for the current year 2023-2024.
• Discharge certificate or Armed Forces services certificate in case applied against Ex-Servicemen (ExSM) Quota.
• Disability certificate for PH candidate as per Annexure “E” & “F”.
• Four identical passport size photographs as per the scanned photo in the Application form.
• Medical Fitness certificate issued by a Government authorized doctor (Gaz.) not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital as per Annexure “G”. If not found in Annexure “G”, other formats will not be considered.
• INCOME & ASSET CERTIFICATE TO BE PRODUCED BY ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTIONS (EWS) if applicable as per Annexure “H”.
• Aadhar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License or any other valid Government Identity Card.

• Ensure timely attendance at the Document Verification center with the required valid documents.
• Requests for changes in the center, date of Document Verification, or time will not be considered.
• Candidates must cover all expenses related to stay, transportation, etc. There may be a need to stay for more than one day in case of any requirements or exigencies. Thus, candidates should be adequately prepared for a one or two-day stay at the Document Verification center.
• Candidates are advised to verify that the certificates presented by them are free from deficiencies concerning name, father’s name, date of birth, marks, etc. Any deficiencies may lead to the cancellation of their candidature.
• Non-compliance with these instructions may result in the cancellation of the candidature.
